Ray Johnston, Proprietor: Time served bench joiner and Sash Window refurbishment specialist. Ray personally carries out the onsite surveys for Nantwich. Ray enjoys playing golf and cricket and also is a leader at a local Scout Troop helping to develop young Scouts with adventure and fun.

Steve Wood: Steve is the senior installer in Nantwich. Steve enjoys walking, gardening and is a keen and active member of the Cheshire Regiment Association (C.R.A).

Lee has been with us part time from 2006 and has completed his NVQ 2 painting and decorating course and he also completed a year of a full time joinery course at a local college before joining Conservation Joinery in 2008 on a full time basis. Lee has completed his training and is now a key member of the team.

Phil Bailey: Phil Bailey is our new Bench Joiner. He enjoys outdoor pursuits, cooking and restoring old agricultural machinery.

Sarah Cave: Sarah in her spare time after being a full time Mum is an Assistant Scout leader and is keen on helping developing Scouts with all the activities she helps to run.
