Ray Johnston, Proprietor

Ray Johnston, Proprietor: Time served bench joiner and Sash Window refurbishment specialist. Ray personally carries out the onsite surveys for Nantwich. Ray enjoys playing golf and cricket and also is a leader at a local Scout Troop helping to develop young Scouts with adventure and fun.

David Welch, Senior Installer

David Welch, Senior Installer (Refurbishment) in Nantwich: I have worked with Conservation Joinery since 2002. Most of my working life I have spent as a skilled joiner. I started at a local joinery company many years ago and spent 25 years at Rolls Royce, several of those in the woodwork veneer shop.

Lee, Site Trainee

Lee has been with us part time from 2006 and has completed his NVQ 2 painting and decorating course and he also completed a year of a full time joinery course at a local college before joining Conservation Joinery in 2008 on a full time basis. Lee has been mostly workshop based, priming and undercoating new windows, but has now progressed onto being a site trainee and a full-time member of the team. Lee has passed his driving test and is now gaining experience in his own car.

Toby Webb, Bench Joiner

Toby Webb: Toby our bench joiner joined us in 2008. Toby is now also training to learn onsite refurbishment to give full flexibility to the CJ service and the team.

 Ruth, Admin Assistant

Ruth: our part-time admin assistant joined us in 2007. Ruth is a keen competitive badminton player.
